Right-sizing almost always involves prepping and selling your current home and finding and buying the next one. With two things going on at once, there's plenty to do. We will discuss the options for how and when you want to proceed, and when you're ready, we'll get started. I'm here to help you stay on top of things so that you are prepared for every step of the process.
When you work with me, I am determined to find you not just any home, but the right home for you at this point in your life. We will consider many things, including:
1. Your questionnaire responses, to determine your wants, needs, and budget.
2. The three bucket strategy - We'll balance budget, location and features of the homes we search for.
3. The MLS is NOT our only source - I will use a number of techniques to find not only the MLS' searchable homes, but also private sale, exclusive and "Coming Soon" properties to make sure you get just what you want.
I'll recommend lenders, if you don't already have one, so that you can get pre-approved. Then, we'll start shopping! I'll send you listings to review and schedule appointments to walk through the houses you like. Once you're ready, we'll make an offer, negotiate, and get a contract in hand. I'll send you communications routinely so that you're ready for closing day.

I grew up in St. Louis, went to college in Texas, lived in Chicago for a couple years, and then moved to Louisville. It didn't take long to know that I had found my forever home in the beautiful Bluegrass State. Starting in the heart of St. Matthews, I've also lived in the Highlands and a few other neighborhoods around town.
As a pharmaceutical representative, I've spent time around the Greater Louisville area and throughout the state, from Owensboro and Paducah to Frankfort, Lexington, and Paris. I'm not a native, but I know Kentucky.
I work with Skelton Company Realtors, and I'm fortunate to have Broker Mike Skelton by my side. He's is a 2nd generation Realtor and knows the business like the back of his hand.
I specialize in Right-Sizing, which means helping people find their next dream home, whether their family is growing or their nest is empty.
