how will i help?

We'll start with a questionnaire to determine your wants, needs, and budget. I'll show you around the various neighborhoods around town so you can decide where you'd be most comfortable. 

 If you want to rent, I'll help you find a great condo or apartment that meets your needs and fits your budget. Louisville does have house rentals, but they tend to be harder to find and they go quickly. I recommend we start our search 3 months before you're ready to move-in.

If you want to buy, I'll put you in touch with a lender or two so you can get pre-approved and we can start shopping. I'll help you throughout the process, sending listings for you to review and doing video tours as needed if you live out-of-town. 

I'll help you find the perfect place - one that's the right size, in the right location, at the right price!  Once you're ready, we'll make an offer, negotiate, and get a contract in hand. I'll send you communications routinely so that you're ready for closing  day.

my background

I've been a pharmaceutical representative for over two decades. Exceptional product knowledge, dedicated customer service, and strong business acumen are pillars of my career.  During the pandemic, I decided to transfer those skills to an area I've always loved: real estate. Today, I am a licensed agent with Skelton Company and bring my portfolio of services to my clients as Louisville's Concierge Agent. 

With my background in pharmaceuticals, I especially love to work with physicians, dentists, pharmacists, residents, and fellows, whether you're new to the area or right-sizing after years in practice. If you have a family, I will work hard to make sure everyone feels a part of this important decision.

I understand not only the demands of your profession, but also the reality of trying to find a house with little time and (often) lots of school loans. I'm here to help! I can recommend a number of lenders who have mortgage programs built especially for health care workers. Your hard work to get the white coat should get you the "white glove" treatment you deserve!
