I'll be there every step of the way, getting your property in front of the right buyers, at the right time, with the right marketing message. I''ll visit your home when you're ready to sell to see if it needs any freshening up. I'll recommend professionals to make everything easier. And, I'll personally show your home to ensure potential buyers have a good experience and you always know what's going on.
1. Preparation - We'll come up with a strategy to get your property ready to show according to your schedule, budget, and goals. I'm going to make it as easy as possible for you to make you home attractive to buyers. We'll get it in tip-top shape and I'll bring a professional photographer in to take great marketing photos.
2. Marketing - We will strategically determine a price range based not only on what has recently sold in your area, but on other factors influencing the current market. I'll recommend a list price, and get your home on the MLS and broadcast it though social media, my professional network, and other channels.
3. On the Market - This is when your listing is live and the keybox is on your door. You can expect to hear from me often during this phase. I'll keep you updated on showings and buyer and agent feedback. We will be have regular strategy conversations and will pivot when necessary until we have an offer (or multiple offers). I coach you through the process so that you have a successful and negotiation and sale.
4. Closing - I'll be by your side until you reach the closing table- and beyond - with check-ins and checklists to ensure everything is taken care of and your transaction is smooth and seamless.
